After a day of group stages, four teams have been eliminated and four teams advanced to the playoff stage set to start and end today.
Amid the bustle and action of the Las Vegas bustle, eight invited teams - compLexity Gaming, Alliance, Team Serenity, J.Storm, The Final Tribe, Happy Guys, ROOONS and Pain X squared off one of the first LANs of the season.
A full day of group stage games ended with four teams going home. Alliance, compLexity, ROOONS and Pain X were not able to make the cut as the ladder two teams were unable to find even one victory to mark by their names.
Happy Guys, thanks in big part to Enzo "Timado" Gianoli who was standing in for the event, and The Final Tribe dominated their opponents and topped their respective groups with 3:0 records.
Team Serenity, J.Storm, Final Tribe and Happy Guys will face off today in the single elimination best-of-three brackets for the championship title and lion's share of the $100,000 prize pool.
