QuAix, sdmk and Bringer parts with n|faculty

QuAix, SDmK and Bringer have parted from n|faculty, while Bash is planing to end his WarCraft3 career at the end of 2008. However, the manager Sl4sh promises change soon.

The reason why these three had to go seems to be the bad results in the WC3L Qualification. n|faculty were in their first match up against wicked. The wicked run over was the start of something quite bad. The next match was versus diamondZ.wc3 where both teams had to win. Once again, n|faculty had to see themselves defeated, this time with a score of 4-0.

This is what Sl4sh has to say about the release:

Well, Wednesday wasn't a good day for us at all but sometimes you simply have to tumble down before you can start raising your head again. The bad performance in WC3L was the main reason to release the players even if it was just a drop in the bucket. We've been worse from match to match and that created a lack of motivation. This release should be the first step out of these problems. Furthermore there will be another change in our team - BasH will leave the team in the end of 2008 and quit Warcraft 3. I can't name new additions yet for 2009 - the only thing I want to mention: There will be answers soon.

Gosugamers: n|faculty recently lost three important players in Quaix, sdmk and Bringer due to the poor performance in WC3L. What do you think about that?

Effect: I think its unfortunate that it had to come to this since they played a important role in the team. But i don't question the managements decision and i believe they are doing what they think is the best for the teams future.

Gosugamers: Rumors tell that it has been a lack of motivation amongst the players. Is that something you feel too?

Effect: I'm currently very motivated and I always try become better and even though we didn't manage to qualify for the WC3L I will keep on practecing to achive good results both for my self and the team in the future. And I think everyone that's left in the team feels the same.

Gosugamers: What do you think about the future of n|faculty? What do you think will happen?

Effect: We will keep looking forward and just take one match at the time. Some recruitments has to be done too to fill the current lack of players I suppose. But I leave that to the management and trust them to take the team forward.
