Grubby latepicked Human, and Happy protested and told him to read the rules. The fact is that there is no such rule - yet.
It was the fourth round in the NGL-ONE match between 4Kings and Mousesports. 4Kings used their wildcard and revived Grubby back into the match. Grubby faced Happy, and as the game was just about to start, Grubby latepicked Human - the map being Lost Temple. A couple of seconds in to the game, Happy said "read the rules", and the game was restarted, with Grubby playing as hos main race Orc.
Surely, Grubby would not risk breaking the rules? He did not, as there is no where in the rules saying you may not change your race just before starting the game.
GosuGamers contacted the head referee of NGL-ONE, Perdita, who said that there is no rule for such sort of thing. However, after tonight, they will implement a rule that avoids this issue in the future.
