This is after Gambit Esports released the M3 Champions roster from their contract with the organization.
Ayaz "nAts" Akhmetshin has announced on social media that he has left the M3C roster to pursue new opportunities. This news comes on the back that the whole M3C roster has been released by Gambit Esports as free agents.
The release of M3C was expected as the team did not make it to Champions with their loss in the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, where they were at a spitting distance of winning the tournament but were beaten by Team Liquid in the Grand Finals. The roster also did not manage to appear in any international events in the past half a year.
“Sometimes we have to make tough decisions. So it would be honest to announce that I’m not an M3C player anymore. I’m deeply grateful to my team for these years. But now it’s time for changes.” – nAts
As one of the best sentinel and controller players in the scene, the 20-year-old will be missed in the M3C roster. He is currently open for offers by any organization that wants to pick him up for their own roster.
