Fnatic.MSI have announced that Seo Yong "Rain" Park, formerly of Team SCV Life, will be strengthen their SC2 roster and will aim to compete in non-Korean tournaments.
The GSL 3 runner-up Rain will be joining the international roster of Fnatic and players such as SEn, KawaiiRice and TT1. The Korean terran, who recently forfeited the current season of GSL, will also be living and training in the United States with the intention to take part in foreign tournaments. According to Fnatic's website, Rain is currently competing in the NASL qualifier and holds a top 8 spot that guarantees him participation in the seconds season of the starleague.
I am extremely excited and content upon joining team Fnatic and interacting with the current team members because I have always possessed great interest in the international Starcraft 2 community. Fnatic is a team with strong players in each race- for instance Fenix for Terran, Sen for Zerg, and TT1 for Protoss. I think it will be a good experience for me to have such stellar players as teammates and consider myself lucky to receive such an opportunity. Also, I will always put as much effort as possible so that I can perform well to not let both my fans and Fnatic’s fans disappointed.
Rain is the third player to leave Team SCV Life after another two of its stars - FruitDealer and Trickster did the same due to disagreement with team's direction.
