With StarCraft: BroodWar growing in popularity everyday many major tournaments/leagues have shown interest in the German scene. ESL has decided to start a StarCraft: BroodWar league with many of the best players from Germany competing.

A few of the matches were not played, but they should be completed very soon.
The famous player known as
eSa.FiSheYe is not currently playing in this league. Eventhough, the rest of his team 
SSV Lehnitz is.The next round is set to begin on September 1st and we will continue to bring you coverage when the matches take place. I will try to get an interview with some players about this event which should be up very soon.
