The professional gaming organization Evil Geniuses has started a StarCraft team and recruited five of America’s best StarCraft players.

Stuart Eden, general manager of EG has this to say:
"We are very excited to welcome this group of North America's top StarCraft talent to the organization. StarCraft has been one of the most prestigious eSports titles for a long time, and we are proud to be one of the few major North American organizations to be represented by players with such international acclaim. Furthermore, with the launch of StarCraft 2 on the horizon we are excited about the future possibilities of this team within our organization."
Team EG also posted up a short interview with Machine who is very upbeat about his new found sponsorship:
“How does it feel to join a sponsored organization? Is it a leap from what you're used to?
Machine: I have joined many "sponsored teams" before, but none of them actually went through with anything that they had promised; it seems that EG is much more organized and professional than any other, so I am excited about the change.”
