After a month of hiatus, the Gigabyte E-Sports Tournament (GEST) is back. The coming tournament will be the final leg of GEST 2012.
However, the last installment will be held on the second month of 2013. The tournament is moved to 2-3 February (12.00 +7 GMT), because of the organizer's schedule this January.
The usual PlayCyberGames qualifying tournaments will be held starting this 12 January. Registration is ongoing at the moment.
The qualifier playoffs for the GEST IDC, to be held 20 January, may take more than the usual 4 teams to enter GEST - IDC, as stated on the their Facebook page.
As some teams have moved to other games or disband, we will announce all invited teams later. For Qualifier, we may have more new faces this time.
Pacific.eMaxx remains the favorite for the competition after winning 4 of the last 5 GEST - IDC installments and the SMM held last month.
