HuK followed the steps of his team-mate Idra and said goodbye to MLG Providence after a 0-2 loss to Leenock. The Korean zerg was perfection itself in both games and deservedly walked out triumphant.
Leenock opened the Antiga set with ingenious build, taking a quick gold and teching quickly to hydras and infestors in order to force HuK into colossus tech (confusing indeed, given that it's actually the complete opposite in those ZvP matches). Leenock's next step in his build was a mutalisk/speedling transition that completely threw HuK off guard and with his colossi now useless and blink far from done the Canadian's economy was in shambles in a matter of minutes.
The concluding set on Caverns began with HuK void ray/gateway rush and it would seem that he can actually tie the score but the clutch infestor defense by Leenock was unbelievable. The zerg stayed alive by the skin of his teeth and was rewarded by HuK's gg soon thereafter.
Leenock's next opponent will be the winner of MC and Mvp who are about to begin their extended series with MC being 2-1 in the lead.
