WarCraft 3 champion Sung Sik "ReMinD" Kim took another title yesterday when he defeated "hybrid" player Ding Hwan "ViOlet" Kim in the ILoveDisk WarCraft 3 League. ViOlet scored a point on Echo Isles, but was chanceless against the Night Elf wonder.
ReMinD cements his position further as the premier WarCraft 3 player in Korea. Overshadowed only by Xiang "TH000" Huang in the GosuGamers rankings, there are not many other arguments why ReMinD should not be labeled world's best.
2010's BlizzCon and World Cyber Games champion reign supreme in the WarCraft 3 scene. While Lyn, Moon, Grubby and now ViOlet have shifted their focus towards StarCraft 2, it is the 24-year-old Night Elf from EHOME who all the while dominates the scene.
ReMinD can cash in a prize of 1,000,000 KRW (~€650 Euros) in the online-based Korean league.
ReMinD will be participating in the upcoming StarsWar qualilifier on April 17, and a week later he will be taking on China's best in the eSports Champion League.
