$100 16-man invitational Tournament

Team [AoV] (Avatars of Victory) together with LRM)Game just announced a $100 tournament today, which has sixteen invited players and is going to be played this coming Sunday, January 30th, at 17CET and is going to be casted by the infamous Sayle, together with Wr.February.

As announced today [AoV] and LRM)Game will bring us a great tournament this sunday, featuring sixteen top players who are going to battle for a total prize pool of $100.
The prize pool is going to be split between the first three ranked players, whereas $70 go to the first, $20 to the second and $10 to the third.
The whole tournament will be run in the so called 'ODT'-Style, which is structured to have four groups à four players, where the first and the second player, aswell as the third and the fourth play a simple bo1. The two winners of these matches will play each other for the first spot in the group to advance to the next round, while the two losers will fight for another chance to stay in the tournament. The loser from the winner's match is going to play the winner from the loser's match and the winner of this match gets yet another chance to advance to the next round, while the loser will drop out of the tournament, aswell.
The next round is going to be a standard single-elimination best of three tournament with a best of five final and a best of three match for the third place.

Several members of the Avatars of Victory are seeded into the tournament, together with alot of very well known players, including the hungarian Zerg player Sziky who just recently won the sixth edition of the weekly Defiler Tournament for $40, FR.Heme who came second that tournament, the polish Protoss and former 2v2 player GohaN who is a former ToT) member, LRM)Game, sas.Ace and several other great and known players.

The whole tournament is going to be casted by Sayle and Wr.February and is going to start this Sunday, January 30th, at 17CET, but also all replays have to be saved for the tournament administration and are going to be released as a replaypack afterwards.
The groups and accordingly set maps for the matches are going to be released an hour before the tournament starts this sunday.
