Mineski Pro Gaming, the most prestigious gaming organization in the Philippines decided to release its two DotA teams, Grounds and Infinity from their duties.

The teams got removed, due to unfavorable results and personal issues among some of the players. The light at the end of the tunnel for Filipino fans, is a possible revival of the former Philippine power house "Team Pagibig", which would be seen once again with some players from Mineski Infinity's roster.

The captain of Mineski Grounds, Yukihiro 'Yukz' Hasegawa left the team right after SMM to continue his career at Davao. The remaining members will continue playing in Philippine Elite Dota League taking Mineski Ground's slot while the gap that Infinity left, will be filled by Mark 'Cast' Pilar together with Jeffrey 'Fox' Fortunato.

Statement from Marvin 'Nattefrost' Lu - Mineski DotA Manager:
-"Today is the day an era ends. Today is the day where Mineski Infinity and Mineski Grounds are no more. I've managed them for six months, and hence today affect the management to see the team let go. It's been coming for awhile but we needed to officially release them. We would like to thank the team we have shared and celebrated in ups and downs. These teams were been amongst the top and a part of the most successful teams in Philippines, and one that will always be remembered. I hope that all of the players will continue fighting through these difficult times."

Statement from Yukhiro 'Yukz' Hasegawa - Former Team Captain of Mineski Grounds:
-"I am very thankful to Mineski for giving me the best four years of my life, they have been my family through many ups and downs. Rhom has been a great captain, mentor, manager, and a brother to me. This decision would be one of the most remembered moments in my life, I had to leave the team because of complicated financial problems. As of now, I would step down from competitive gaming and will spend my time in Davao with family members. To the upcoming Mineski DotA players, best of luck and continue the legacy that Mineski made in Philippine DotA community."

Statement from Mark 'Cast' Pilar - Former Team Captain of Mineski Infinity:
-"First of all I would like to thank Mineski for this opportunity that they gave me.
Mineski is a great team, like a family that shares a dream, they led as passion as well as a vision. Being part of Mineski as a Team Captain gave me more as a whole person. The bonding we share through nights, practicing and doing my best to prove that I deserves the role that Rhom gave me. Currently, I'm about to change priorities in life and especially focus on my studies."
