As their 3rd HoN team disbands / leaves, it remains to be seen will KD Gaming acquire another HoN team last minute to utilize their automatic qualification to the finals stages due to them winning DreamHack Summer 2009. With Empire out, it is also yet to be confirmed that their playoff qualification, won via the PlayDH online qualifiers will be given to runners-up MILF International, who is expected to show up.
With their 2 biggest rivals out of the picture, the road to glory seems wide open for hot favourites FnaticMSI. However, stay hopeful as we hope that the absence of the two might spur some other teams on such as Druidz Qpad, TCM-Gaming, Wahlin and Binary Evasion to step it up and pose a threat or even dethrone the HoN kings of europe.
