Blizzard Addressing Community Concerns?

A Blizzard poster on the official Battle.net forums hints that Blizzard may be taking the fan's reactions to Battle.net to heart? And suggests that they are working to address some of the concerns

We're fully aware of the concerns that are being discussed in the various threads, on fansites, detailed through kitten videos, etc. and we're in the midst of working on a comprehensive address that should hit most of the major concerns. Just a heads up.

Could this be Blizzard lending an ear out to the community, and truly considering the criticism from the community? I for one definitely hope for that, as it would help patch up many hurt relationships between the Starcraft community and Blizzard.

Unfortunately with the end of the beta approaching on June 7th, we might not find out exactly what Blizzard is doing for a long time.
