As we all know, the Esports World Cup will occur in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this Summer, 2024. The massive event will feature multiple titles across all esports genres, including Mobile Legends. The mobile MOBA will host two tournaments inside the Esports World Cup: Mid Season Cup 2024 and MLBB Women's Invitational 2024.
Details regarding both tournaments were still scarce until recently when The Esports World Cup provided more information about Mobile Legends at this grand occasion. The information will include dates, prize pool, format, and qualifier slot distribution.
When will the tournaments be held?
Mobile Legends will have two separate tournament dates. The Mid Season Cup 2024 will occur from 28 June to 14 July 2024, while the MLBB Women's Invitational 2024 starts from 25 July to 28 July 2024.
How much is the prize pool for the tournaments?
The Mid Season Cup 2024 (MSC 2024) will have a total prize pool of $3,500,000 . All twenty-three participants will get a share of the prize pool, and the first-place winner will take home $1,000,000.
The MLBB Women's Invitational 2024 will have a $500,000 prize pool, and all twelve teams will receive a share. The first-place winner will get $250,000 from the total prize.
What is the format for both tournaments?

The MSC 2024 will start with a wildcard stage from June 28 until June 30, 2024. Eight teams will compete in two groups, round-robin style. On the last day, the group's top will compete again in the decider to determine who will attend the tournament's group stage.
The group stage will consist of sixteen teams, including the wildcard stage winner, and will take place from July 3 until July 10, 2024. The teams will be separated into four groups and will compete against each other in their group, round-robin style. The top two teams of each group will advance to the playoff, while the bottom two will get eliminated.
The playoff will consist of eight teams in a single elimination bracket from July 10 until July 14, 2024. All matches will be the best-of-five, with the grand final being a best-of-seven series.
On the other hand, the MWI 2024 will start with the group stage, consisting of twelve qualified teams separated into four groups and last from July 25 to 26th. The top two teams of each group will advance to the playoff stage.
The playoff will take place in a single elimination style. Eight teams will compete against each other on the stage. The quarterfinals will be competed in a best-of-three series, the semifinals in a best-of-five series, leading to the grand finals that will competed in a best-of-seven series.
