Fearless Esports succeeded in being the group leader after their stellar 3-0 score in the group stage. They, shockingly, defeated the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason runner-up, Black Shrew Esports, 2-1 in the second match of the day. Three other group leaders, namely Nova Esports, Dominator Esports, and Team Secret, also scored 3-0 in the group stage.

The final day opened with a series between Team Secret and Alpha7. The result between the two teams didn't matter as Alpha7 couldn't qualify for the next stage, and Team Secret already secured their spot. However, a shocker happened when the Brazilian team got first blood against the group leader. Nonetheless, Team Secret regained their composure and finished the other two games to secure the 3-0 score.

The next battle might have been the most fantastic game of the group stage so far, as Fearless Esports duelled Black Shrew Esports for the top seed in Group D. Both teams played carefully, gauging their opponent's strength first before making any decision. However, XingLin from Fearless Esports have another say. He aggressively opened the fight with his Dharma, bringing absolute chaos to the Black Shrew Esports' backline and securing the game for the Hong Kong representatives.

In game two, however, Black Shrew Esports turned up their offensive capabilities to eleven as they have one of the most ruthless sets of heroes picked. Zhang Fei, combined with Biron, Augran, and Loong, called for a magical dive comp where each can instantly single out anyone on every stage of the game. Fearless Esports got a little too careless in the pick phase as they left KK to fend for himself and, in the end, couldn't keep up with the Midseason runner-up.

The last game was a show of KK's prowess in Lady Sun. He perfectly maintained his range and poke potential even when faced with the Biron and Dun combination. Meanwhile, XingLin's Allain was able to eliminate BSE's backline, reducing their damage potential significantly. A combination of perfect execution and masterful strategy was the key for Fearless Esports to win their last group stage game.

Kagendra and Mahadewa, the two Indonesian representatives, needed to win their next match to secure a spot in the playoffs. However, their opponents weren't an easy target as they faced the leaders in their respective groups. Kagendra matched against Nova Esports, and Mahadewa met Dominator Esports. However, their struggle ended in their opponent's hands as both were defeated 2-0. Both teams failed to make it to the playoffs.

The Honor of Kings Championship playoff will occur on two different sets of dates. The first set will be unfolding on the 18th and 19th of October 2024, while the second set will be played from the 25th to the 27th of the month. Eight teams will duke it out in a double elimination style for the right to be called the 2024 Honor of Kings Championship winner.
