PUBG Mobile is collaborating with Venom: The Last Dance for a new Marvel event.
PUBG Mobile is getting an unexpected collaboration with Venom: The Last Dance, the final instalment in Sony Pictures’ trilogy of Marvel movies starring Tom Hardy. This partnership will include an event that allows players to take on Symbiote abilities in battle, ride on Symbiote Warhorses and pick up a few cosmetics themed after the movie too.
PUBG Mobile crosses over with Venom: The Last Dance for new event
PUBG Mobile is officially partnering up with Sony Pictures to bring the world of Venom: The Last Dance to players via new in-game abilities and rewards. The collaboration introduces new features to the game, like a Black Symbiote Arm and Black Symbiote Clusters, which allow players to take on the abilities of Venom himself on the battlefield.
Per a news release, the new Venom-themed content includes a Black Symbiote Arm, which allows players to grapple towards buildings and trees quickly, or pull air drops and other players towards themselves. They can also catapult themselves using the Symbiote-enhanced arm.
As seen in Venom: The Last Dance, players will also be able to transform nearby horses or Warhorses into Black Symbiote Warhorses as long as they have a Symbiote-enhanced arm. While mounting these animals, players will also be able to wield a Symbiote lance during combat. Additionally, maps like Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok and Livik will now feature Black Symbiote Clusters, where players are sure to encounter Black Symbiote Arms and Black Symbiote Warhorses.
All of these new features and items will be available for the length of PUBG Mobile’s Venom event, which runs from October 18 to November 10. Another Venom event kicking off on October 25 will grant players the following rewards:
- Venom: The Last Dance Avatar
- Venom: The Last Dance Avatar Frame
- Venom: The Last Dance Parachute
- Venom: The Last Dance Home Statue
Venom The Last Dance hits theaters on October 24.
