The new exotic cosmetics will drop later today, May 23 along with its upcoming 21st season, known as Season of the Deep.

Popular franchises from PlayStation like Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, and The Last of Us will soon be making an appearance in Destiny 2 for its latest update, Season of the Deep. This was confirmed by its developer, Bungie through its social media channels with a still image of three Guardians in a brand new look.

From the left, you can see that it's a Titan that features God of War-inspired armour to go with Kratos' signature red paint across the face. In the middle is a Hunter that is dressed similarly to Horizon Zero Dawn's protagonist, Aloy. And on the right is a Warlock that sports a man-bun with a katana, a homage to Ghost of Tsushima.

That's not all though. If you look closely between the Titan and Hunter, you'll spot a Ghost Shell that bears an eerie resemblance to the Clickers from the Last of Us. The collaboration with PlayStation is expected to drop later today along with the game's latest update, Season of the Deep.

The new exotic cosmetics will most likely be made available as exotic ornaments, which will allow these new skins to be applied to non-Exotic armour pieces. This will work very much like its previous collaborations with other titles like Assassin's Creed to name a few. While we've seen collaborations with Destiny 2 before, this will be a first for PlayStation, which acquired Bungie back in July 2022 worth approximately $3.7 million.

For all the Destiny 2 fans out there, Season of the Deep will drop later today at 10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST.
