As we leave The International 2024 behind, 7.37d has come around with further nerfs to Glepnir, auras, and some highly picked heroes too.

With PGL Wallachia Season 2, BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, and DreamLeague Season 24 all on the horizon, we were bound to see some big changes in Dota 2 following The International 2024 (TI 2024). Today saw patch 7.37d dropping, and with it came some big nerfs to multiple items and quite a few heroes which were picked often at TI 2024.

Alongside this, the Crownfall Collector’s Cache II has also dropped, with some amazing sets for a ton of different heroes, including Crystal Maiden, Undying, and Rubick

Items

Bracer/Null Talisman/Wraith Band

The first major change we have seen is in bracers, null talismans, and wraith bands, which have received a significant nerf. All three items now no longer double their bonuses after 25 minutes – meaning we might see significantly less being built up and kept throughout a game.

Glepnir

Having been nerfed in both 7.37 b and c patches, Glepnir has been hit with the hammer once again, with the item becoming more expensive and being reduced in every possible way.

Aura items

Arcane Boots, Pipe of Insight, Solar Crest, Crimson Guard, and a few other aura items have all seen a nerf – whether it be simply on total costs to build, active durations, bonuses, or regeneration amounts.

Heroes

Tusk

With Tusk seeing such a huge number of picks during TI 2024, he has had a bit of a change, with one of his Facets being nerfed and the other being buffed slightly.

Mirana

Mirana’s Facet, Solar Flare, has been hit hard in 7.37d, with nerfs across the board. Not only that, but the heroes Aghanim’s Shard also received some small tweaks making it ultimately weaker in some situations.

Naga Siren

For Naga Siren, the hero's Facet nerf changes the mana costs per level but also sees her ultimate taking a huge hit on the maximum HP regen side of things.

There are tons more nerfs, buffs, and alterations to heroes in 7.37d, with many of the TI 2024 powerhouse picks getting nerfed. Lone Druid, Nature’s Prophet, and Visage are just a few more that were nerfed, as we now look towards the next set of tournaments to determine which heroes will form parts of the new meta. As PGL Wallachia Season 2 approaches, we might not have long to wait.
