PSG.LGD bring in young talent from EHOME and CDEC for the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit season.
PSG.LGD’s roster will be nearly fully refreshed for the next season after having to wave goodbye to three of their star players. Following Zhang "Faith_bian" Ruida’s retirement and Wang "Ame" Chunyu’s decision to take a break, PSG.LGD had to look for three replacements as they also parted ways with Zhao "XinQ" Zixing, whose whereabouts for the next year are still unknown.
From the TI10 and TI11 line-up, PSG.LGD are keeping only their captain, Zhang "y`" Yiping, and the mid lane player Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang, who have also been brought to the team from EHOME, but two years ago.
In preparation for the next season, PSG.LGD keeps on injecting talent from EHOME. Guo "shiro" Xuanang has made himself noticed by playing the carry role for EHOME through the Chinese upper division in the previous DPC season. He now comes to PSG.LGD along with his teammate, Lin "planet" Hao, a position 4 support who embraces the aggressive play style in his role.
The offlane role, left empty by Faith_bian will be taken by a truly new player to the professional scene. Li "项羽" Longwu made his debut in the pro scene only this year and had the chance to compete only in the third Tour of the 2022 DPC. His raw talent helped CDEC gaming to enter the DPC in the last Tour via open qualifiers and go for an impressive 6-1 overall score in Division to claim first place and ensure a Division 1 slot for the start of the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit.
According to the official announcement made by PSG.LGD on their Weibo Page, the team will benefit from Zhang "xiao8" Ning’s experience, as he remains with the organization in the coach position.
