D2CL #4 : Na' Vi defeats PR, secures first spot in DH Bucharest playoffs

The upper bracket final of Dota2 Champions League #4 is over, and Natus Vincere emerged victorious with a 3-0 score against Power Rangers. With their victory, Na'Vi earned the ticket to DreamHack Bucharest LAN finals, while PR will fight Team Tinker for the second spot.

After Sneaky Nyx Assassins and Empire, yet another team has been added to the list of participants of DotA2 Champions League LAN finals in Dreamhack Masters, Bucharest. It is Na'Vi that will travel to Romania, as they took down Power Rangers without dropping a single game in the best-of-five Upper Bracket finals.

The Ukrainian squad deployed a total of fifteen heroes in their games against PR, including an interesting Ancient Apparition selection by Dendi in the third game. The first two games were rather one-sided and they were mostly delayed by the solid performance of Maxim 'Shachlo' Abramovskikh on Timbersaw and Death Prophet. However, PR showed a different face in the third match, and managed to get back into the game after a bad start in the early game. Nevertheless, Funn1k's Nature's Prophet and XBOCT's Morphling made the difference, winning several significant teamfights for their Na'Vi and putting the final nail in PR's coffin.

Power Rangers may still get the chance to travel to Bucharest. Their next opponent will be Team Tinker, as they defeated and eliminated Fnatic earlier this week. The best-of-five Lower Bracket final has yet to be scheduled, but it is expected to take place this week. The winner will advance to the offline finals to battle for a share of the ~$75,000 prizepool.
