Following the recent matchfixing allegations and player suspensions, BeyondTheSummit has replaced Mineski and MSI Evogt in their SEA main stage with Rave and First Departure.
On Monday, news broke that two teams from the South-East Asian region have possibly been part of a matchfixing ring. The organizations behind those teams immediately issued investigations regarding the matter and suspended a total of eight players on the following day. Thus, both teams are unable to commit to offline or online tournaments with an official roster and Mineski will be forced to play with two stand-ins in the upcoming Thailand LAN event.
Today, David 'GoDz' Parker tweeted that both Mineski and MSI will be replaced in The Summit 2 SEA main stage. Rave and First Departure will take their spots. How BTS plans to handle Mineski's current 1-1 score has yet to be determined.
