ESL One 2014 : European open qualifiers conclude, open ticket sales begin

From the 224 teams of the European Open qualifiers, it is Duza, Drakdräpere, ONE and Hehe united that will be moving to the next round of the ESL One qualifiers. The open ticket sales for the main event at Commerzbank Arena, Frankfurt will go live today.

The Open qualifiers for ESL One 2014 have concluded, and four squads managed to overcome their obstacles and join the invited 12 squads in the main phase of the qualifiers. From the 16 total participants, only two will make it to Commerzbank Arena, Frankfurt for the LAN finals of ESL One this summer.

The main qualifiers will begin on April 14th with the groupstage, which will reach April 27th. The 16 participants of the European groupstage are :

NOTE : The last four teams are the winners of the open qualifiers.

The main qualifier playoffs will take place from April 28th to May 4th. Joining Alliance and Na'Vi in Frankfurt will be three European, two Asian and one American team.

Along with the end of the European Open qualifiers, the ESL One organization announced the beginning of the open ticket sales. Those who were unable to get their tickets during the previous ticket waves will now have the chance to grab one until they are sold out. However, they will no longer receive the pre-purchase discount.
