Despite having only secured gold once, the team has proved that they are more than capable of rubbing shoulders with the top teams in the world. Two of their players, Doc and Jighz, played with the Mineski-DotA in the past.

Mineski Chief Executive Officer, Ronald Robinson “rhom” Robins had a chance to speak with the folks at Mineski.net:

Why did you decide to make Pag-ibig 1 a part of the Mineski-DotA family?

-"First of all, dedication. They have caught my attention by being one of the most active teams in PDECT. I really respect teams who take online tournaments seriously unlike other teams who don’t.

Second is unity. Unity of 2 strong teams who will be training together side by side to have more improvement, commenting and teaching each other about things to be further learned inside the game.

Thirdly, more PH team dominance on online tournaments. It has come to my attention that other teams join tournaments such as CM Storm, ADC, PDECT, MYM Pride, Razer and I will be personally monitoring the activeness of the 2nd team and making sure that they will not take anything for granted.

Fourthly, 2 of their players are former Mineski. Doc and Jighz have played with Mineski before and I see that they have what it takes to become a pro calibered team, not only in the local scene but also internationally."

MineskII-DotA roster:

Philippines Mark "Cast" Pilar
Philippines Ray Ann Francis "Jighz" Navarro
Philippines Edji "Edji" Rances
Philippines Ryo "Bebe" Hasegawa
Philippines Jordan "Jord" Jose
Philippines Angelo "Doc" Docosin

The team will now have access to all of Mineski's training facilities as well as training schedules. With a solid sponsor backing them, they promise to excel at their best, with the team's current goal being making the PDECT finals, where they may even face their brother team, MineskI-DotA.
