A Race War is a popular event in just about every game. GosuGamers themselves have organized a Swedish StarCraft Race War back in 2003. This time, WCReplays is holding the torch, and the game is WarCraft III, of course! The first playday was yesterday, and the Night Elf team took the first win.
Each team consists of six players, with one team captain that acts as an organizer that will schedule the matches and create the lineups. The game format is 5x1on1 best of three, where all matches will be played no matter the outcome. All four teams will face eachother once. To prevent lag issues, only American and European players have been chosen. Below are the full lineups of each team.

fnatic.VankorAlready, two matches have been played - Human versus Orc and Night Elf versus Undead. All the games have not been played yet, although the Night Elf team are already the winners. In the Human versus Orc match, the Orcs are in the lead 2-1, but due to two postponed games, the Humans can still take it home. The Night Elves have already won, by winning four out of five possible matches. The last match has been postponed, and will be played at another date.
