Every once in awhile, in your random meanderings through the vast StarCraft community, you find something special. A diamond in the rough. A hidden treasure that you think everyone should know about. That treasure is Manuel "Sonic09" Dosch.
What makes Sonic09 so special? He is an amazing StarCraft movie maker. His total to date counts only 3 movies, but don't be fooled by that. His first movie, aptly titled My First One was terrific. He followed that up with Rush It Baby and The Art of Protoss.
I may be biased towards his movies because I play Protoss and I like to work with Sony Vegas, but I found them very enjoyable. One thing that I personally like about his movies is that he uses different music. Instead of pure metal, he will mix in instrumentals, techno and even a bit of hip hop. The music is very well done and sticks with the scenes immaculately. Check him out, and if you like his work, send your appreciation to him in an email.
