Logitech’s first-ever wireless gaming earbuds use Lightform technology to create a custom fit for the best audio performance.
Logitech’s sub-brand Logitech G has made its first-ever G FITS True Wireless Gaming Earbuds widely available in Singapore. These earbuds mold to the ears of gamers to create a custom fit using the company’s patented Lightform technology, and aim to deliver gaming-grade audio on PC, Mac, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and mobile platforms.
On the new launch, Logitech’s Head of Cluster Bernard Chow said:
The Logitech G Fits is an industry-first product innovation that is poised to be a game changer. Delivering both comfort and performance, these wireless gaming earbuds allows gamers to immerse fully into their games and to level up their playing experience.
Logitech G FITS will be the first earbuds the company has produced to feature LIGHTSPEED wireless, a feature that gives users pro-grade connection, strong connectivity, high-performance audio response and a long battery life - all the things you look for in a solid pair of wireless earbuds, basically. Users can connect to their gaming platform of choice via LIGHTSPEED through USB-A or USB-C.
The earbuds’ listening time varies, depending on whether they’re connected via Bluetooth or with the charging case on LIGHTSPEED. Via Bluetooth, users can listen for 10 hours with an additional 12 hours using the charging case. Otherwise, you’ll get seven hours of listening time and eight extra hours with the charging case on LIGHTSPEED. The earbuds also use Logitech’s Lightform tech to give gamers a contoured, custom fit in as little as 60 seconds.
Here’s how it works: The G FITS mobile app and Lightform trigger a number of embedded LEDs in the earbuds, which will harden the gel-filled tips to the contours of each ear. The earbuds’ custom mold tech then gives users a secure and comfortable fit that cancels out surrounding noise and doesn’t fall off easily.
As far as gaming earbuds go, these are pretty feature-complete. G FITS’ pill-shaped design come in black or white, and its audio performance favours detailed sound with deep punchy bass. You can also fiddle with EQs optimised for different gaming genres and more via the G FITS app. The earbuds also have built-in beamforming microphones for nights spent gaming on Discord or streaming online.
These earbuds are now available at all major retail stores as well as Logitech’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee, with a suggested retail price of S$389.
