In the action-packed triple lane clash at top, Pacific's Visage took control even with both sides teleporting in key heroes like Queen of Pain and Tauren Chieftain . The return of Visage in this game also met with a ton of early fights with Drow Ranger being the biggest victim.
iZone, however, was able to turtle the game and gain dominance in the mid game with Visage and the burst damage from Invoker and Queen of Pain. Drow Ranger was soon able to complete a Lothar's Edge, Helm and a Yasha by 24 minutes on top of soloing Roshan.
It was all about ending the game as iZone held on to their gold and level advantage until 27 minutes - where the team opted for a all in push for middle barracks. After an expected team wipe of Invasion, the team immediately went for the throne, and the latter was unable to defend the game without buybacks.

Today started with Phoenix and iDeal being the first two international teams to go out of the tournament. This came as a shock for Phoenix, who were seemingly undefeated throughout the group stages. This followed up with the Thai teams making their exit at the hands of their Malaysian opponents, before the Malaysians themselves were ousted by the Philippines.
The day was filled exciting and action packed games as the Philippines did not hold back when they played against the international teams. Even among themselves, they have showed us to be capable to mercilessly decimating anything that comes in their way - including making dives past their opponents' towers and killing anything and everything in their path.
Tomorrow, it seems, the fate of SMM has already been decided - Pinoys have done it this year. However, for four teams - Dreamz, iZONE, Mineski and Pacific.emaxx, the real battle is about to begin.
Pinoy DotA, dare we now say, best DotA?
