Day 2 of DreamHack Winter 2011 began with a team kill in the EG-heavy Group A as Chris "HuK" Loranger two-zeroed Greg "Idra" Fields to open the Ro32 group stage.

HuK blitzkrieged Idra in two quick matches and earned an important lead in his group. On Metalopolis, HuK opened with a very minor 2 stalker/1 zealot pressure and transitioned to DT expand, a build that Idra did not read in time. When HuK's DTs spawned at his proxy pylon next to Idra's natural, EG's zerg had to gg as his evo chamber was not even halfway done.

Game two on Dual Sight saw Idra feinting an expo build and going for a roach rush behind it. With just one cannon at his base HuK experienced a short moment of troubles but a beautiful probe micro led to a surround on the roaches and the latter falling quickly to the second cannon that finished.

HuK and Idra share a group with a third EG member - Puma, who is soon to play his first Ro32 match against Orly.
