Below is a snippet of the guide. Find the full guide in the link below.
To begin with, you will be making your way to the interface options, there you go to ActionBars. There you will enable all of the extra bars. You will also enable "Lock ActionBars", so you can never accidentally move a spell in the heat of the combat (You can move spells on the bars by holding shift). "Always Show ActionBars" and "Secure Ability Toggle" are personal preference, and for the latter one, you will not have to think about this untill you are actually a high rated player.
---The (raw) binds---
I'll start by simply naming all the button combinations you will be using. I will organise them later. I will also be using extra mouse buttons, myself I have a Logitech MX518. It has only 2 extra buttons, but it also has 3 "utility buttons" for use outside of applications. They consist of Adding DPI, Reducing DPI, and switching between windows. I have changed these to higher F keys (F7 F8 F9) as I use only 1 DPI setting, and I would never switch windows with a mouse button in game. I have alt+tab for this. So do you. I will go on further about this and explain more later in the guide.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, R, T, F, G, A(or Q), D(or E), `, Shift+F, Shift+R, Shift+T, Shift+G, Shift+`, Mouse extra button 1, Mouse extra button 2, Scroll wheel click, Scroll up, Scroll down, Shift+Mouse extra mbutton forward, Mouse extra mbutton backward, Shift+Scroll wheel click, Shift+Scroll up, Shift+Scroll down, F6, F7, F8, F10, F11, F12, Shift+F6, Shift+F7, Shift+F8, Shift+F10, Shift+1, Shift+2, Shift+3, Shift+4, Shift+5, Shift+6
Thats right, those are 48 buttons at your disposal, and none of them will be out of reach. But why these high F numbers you ask? And why scrolling? How will I zoom in and out? Don't worry, zooming is cool, you will zoom, and Lythox will save the day in the next part of this guide, the mouse.>
