The Undead German virtuoso Daniel "XlorD" Spenst, who was invited to ESWC by the organization, revealed yesterday he won't be going.
- I would like to participate at the ESWC tournament, but I lacked the preparation, I must unfortunately cancel, says XlorD to Fragster.de.
XlorD explains that he has had too many events to prepare for, such as the WCG Germany Finals, Blizzard Regional Finals and e-Stars.
The three-timed ESL Pro Series champion was to receive funding from his former clan Team Alternate, but with no preparation it was not worth it, said Spenst.
Group B is now two men short, with Fly100% and XlorD absent. Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen, the clear favorite of the group, will battle against VortiX, Aca, SyDe and Zerter.
