It has only been three days since Rex Regum Qeon put up a video on their social media accounts announcing their Mobile Legends: Bang Bang roster for the upcoming MPL Indonesia Season 12 and beyond. In this, the team confirmed a list of players, which included the return of Yesaya Omega Armando “XINNN” Wowiling to the active roster, as well as Min Ko “Naomi” Ko, the ex-Falcon Esports roamer, and Perdyansyah “Ferxiic” Kamaruddin. Included in this video was Albert Neilsen “ALBERTTT” Iskandar, who was shown as a part of the team’s active roster moving forward. However, this seems to have changed in the past few days, as today the team announced his departure with a heartfelt video, commemorating his time with the team and allowing the player to explain his decision.
Having joined RRQ’s main squad in late 2020, coming up from RRQ Sena, and instantly won the hearts of the adorning fans when he helped take the team to victory in the Mobile Legends Professional League Season 6 in Indonesia. Making his way to his first World Championship in M2, Albert secured a third-place finish, and his story was just beginning to unravel. While the M-series title evaded him, Albert has seen many second and third-place finishes, with MPL ID Season 6 and 9 as his championship moments – as well as a plethora of MVP titles along the way.
For the young jungle star, there could be a big move on the way, but no information on this is known at the current time of writing. However, one interesting factor to take into account would be the image at the end of the video, which hinted at RRQ bringing in another player – as they flashed 8/9 on the screen. We will have to keep an eye on this and we will bring you all the information on every team’s roster changes as we now enter a short break before Season 12.
