After leaving Rex Regum Qeon in April of this year, Arcadia has now found a new home as a coach for Red Giants Esports.

Michael “Arcadia” Bocado began his Mobile Legends: Bang Bang coaching journey in 2020, and since then has continued to take steps in the right direction. From taking Sunsparks to the Mobile Legends Professional League Season 5 victory in the Philippines, through to his time with Aura PH and ECHO, he became a well-known fixture in the region. Following this, Arcadia moved over to Indonesia, where he took the reigns of RRQ from Season 10. Although part of the RRQ roster in Season 11, Arcadia moved to inactive, before leaving shortly after the season ended. Now, he has moved once again, finding a new home in Malaysia alongside Red Giants Esports.
Following their qualifying into MPL MY Season 11, Red Giants managed to make a strong showing in the Group Stages of the event but were eventually eliminated in fifth/sixth place. Arcadia’s brilliance could be just what the team needs to challenge the likes of TODAK and Team SMG during Season 12. With experience in the top flight of both ID and PH previously, it will be interesting to see just what he brings to MY now with his move.
It is unlikely that we will see the influence of Arcadia with Red Giants prior to the kick-off of MPL MY Season 12 later this year, so for now we will have to wait to see if the team can make their way to a better position in the future. With a few roster changes coming for Red Giants too, the team could take off soon.
