APM, a very strong Undead player from Canada has been busy. He plans on going to ESWC to compete.
Our very own Erick Estuardo "Warlinker" Barrios Lopez was able to catch up with APM for an interview today.
WarLinker: What’s your Age/Name?
APM: I'm Martin Sanfacon, 19 currently living in Quebec. Sex is needless to say imo.
WarLinker: What’s your race?
APM: Undead
WarLinker: So you play the mighty Undead ^^
APM: Yes, but the good kind. Not the lame fiender kind. Madfrog fan for life -_-
WarLinker: So tell me, do you have plans to attend WCG 2006?
APM: It depends on the competitors that will attend WCG Canada. I’m going to ESWC Canada tomorrow though.
WarLinker: How do you think you’ll do in ESWC?
APM: I think I can potentially beat anyone that's going to be in it. The hardest opponent is obviously Canuck, he is who i am most worried about, along with some orc players. Fallen might be tough, he's known as an Undead killer, he knows how to execute some abusive strats of solo pally + mass towers near perfectly. I don't have much LAN experience though, so we'll see.
WarLinker: So tell me, how long have you been playing War3 TFT?
APM: I've played it on and off again since its release, but started playing about 1.5 years or so after the release. That's my estimate anyway.
WarLinker: How do you think you rank up to other American players?
APM: I don't rate myself. It doesn't seem right to me. I'm not one of the top players in the world though, far from it. As it stands now, I'd just say one of the top in Canada, I guess. Given time, I'll prove at least that to everyone and then move up from there. I've been starting to wedge into the scene just recently. I don't give out replays because I don't really want to, and my clan has 3 good Undead players that all want to play, so its hard to get known.
Thanks to APM for the interview, and good luck at ESWC!
