HEROIC make big moves for their 2025 Dota 2 roster with the additions of Yuma and Wisper.

South American Dota 2 powerhouse HEROIC have officially revealed its revamped roster for the 2025 season, which includes two fresh additions in Adrian “Wisper” Cespedes Dobles and Yuma “Yuma” Langlet. The two incoming players will be filling the spots left by Cedric “Davai Lama” Deckmyn and David Nicho “Parker” Flores.

HEROIC’s Dota 2 roster for 2025 is as follows:

  1. Yuma “Yuma” Langlet
  2. João “4nalog” Giannini
  3. Adrian “Wisper” Cespedes Dobles
  4. Elvis “Scofield” De la Cruz Peña
  5. Matheus Santos Jungles “KJ” Diniz

A farewell to Davai Lama

As 2025 begins, HEROIC is celebrating the new year in style with a series of exciting announcements. The team revealed its updated Dota 2 roster, confirming that 4nalog, Scofield, and KJ will continue to represent HEROIC. However, the team had to say goodbye to offlaner Davai Lama.

“Thank you and farewell, [Davai Lama]. As Cedric’s contract expired, both parties are ready to embrace new challenges ahead,” HEROIC shared in a statement.

Before Davai Lama’s departure, the team faced internal issues with carry player Parker, which led to his controversial exit. With two spots now open on the roster, HEROIC has officially introduced their new replacements.

Yuma and Wisper join HEROIC

Rising carry player Yuma has officially joined HEROIC. Having played for several notable teams across different regions, he may finally find his breakthrough with the South American organization. The 23-year old last competed for Nouns Esports, which disbanded its Dota 2 roster and left the Dota 2 scene last November.

HEROIC also announced Wisper as their new offlaner, marking the player's return to South America after spending over a year with OG. Wisper had been a cornerstone player in the region before making the move to Europe to join OG in November 2023. After over a year with the two-time TI-winning organization, Wisper decided to return to his roots and continue his career in his home region.

“Earlier this month, Wisper reached out and requested to be removed from the active roster, citing health and personal reasons. He has chosen to return to South America to be closer to his loved ones and reconnect with his roots,” OG stated in their official announcement of Wisper's departure.

As it is currently the off-season with no major tournaments in Dota 2 currently running, HEROIC's new roster is expected to debut in upcoming qualifiers such as DreamLeague Season 25 and PGL Wallachia 3. Be sure to keep an eye out for these events!
