BetBoom Team is bound to a major overhaul of their roster after two players decided to take an extended break after TI 2024 while Egor "Nightfall/Saika" Grigorenko is put on a transfer list.
Coming home with a top 8 finish at The International 2024 (TI 2024), BetBoom Team’s mid lane player Danil "gpk" Skutin and position 5 support, Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek decided to take an extended break and skip the first couple of months of the new season.
“I’m not leaving Dota” posted gpk on Telegram. However, he stated that he is “tired of Dota at the moment” and will use the next couple of months to take care of his health, go through some routine examinations and take some proper rest before returning to competitive play with full strength.
A similar message was posted by TORONTOTOKYO who said he will just take a vacation for a few months and maybe will even stream from time to time, but he will come back when he feels fully rested.
Along with the players’ messages, BetBoom Team announced via Telegram that Egor "Nightfall/Saika" Grigorenko is put on a transfer list for the new season.

While technically this leaves BetBoom Team with just two players on the roster, Tundra Esports announced this Saturday, September 21, that the loan contract for Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko has come to an end and therefore, the player returns to BetBoom Team.
Pure has been on the BBTeam line-up since 2022, however, he went on a loan agreement to Tundra at the beginning of the 2023-2024 competitive season and had competed with them through the entire year until now. While at Tundra, Pure also took the captain role and reached the top 3 in Copenhagen, Denmark at The International 2024.
