The undefeated teams of the DPC Winter Tour 2021

With only two weeks left to the DPC Winter Tour 2021, seven teams sit at the top of their regions undefeated.

The weather outside in many parts of the world might be bitter and cold, but in the Dota 2 world, things are just heating up. Some teams are on fire with winning streaks and undefeated status' as they blaze through the first tour of the new DPC season.

In Europe, Team Liquid remains at the top of the class. Their 5:0 series (10:3 games) record has put them in a prime position for the first Major. The roster is looking hot with Lasse Aukusti "MATUMBAMAN" Urpalainen in the lineup. Of all the EU roster shakeups, this is looking to be the strongest one out of the gate.

In Eastern Europe, the TI10 championship team Team Spirit remains the team to beat as they are sitting at a 5:0 (10:1) record, Natus Vincere being the only team to be able to take a game off the dragons.

Although HellRaisers is sitting in third place right now, they too are actually undefeated with a 4:0 (8:2) record. They will have two series this week and up against Team Spirit and second-place team who has come in with quite a pleasant surprise, PuckChamp.

SEA BOOM Esports has taken their second chance gift in Division I seriously. Crushing the competition to end the year at the top of the standings, they have taken a sizeable lead at the top with a TRULY undefeated record of going 5:0 - not dropping a single match for a 10:0 games record.

They may STILL be unsponsored but Quincy Crew is starting out the new year once again proving to be a real threat for the Kings of NA title. Since the pandemic started in 2020 and onward, the Crew have claimed title and after title and the spots for NA at the Majors. But they have done so now after undergoing a major roster change after their TI10 journey, keeping on only Quinn “Quinn” Callahan and Yawar “Yawar” Hassan. Right now they sit in first place with a 5:0 (10:3) record.

Thunder Predator lost their entire line-up during the post TI10 shuffle but that seems to have played in their favor. The former NoPing e-sports roster has not lost a single match, taking a 10 game win streak with only two series left to go for them.

Travel complications post-COVID left some of Division 1 Chinese teams stranded in Europe after TI10. Their season only got kicked off last week but the teams are playing in a condensed format with multiple series a week. PSG.LGD decided very quickly after TI10 that they would not change their roster. Although they only played three series, they have won all of them with a 3:0 (6:1) record and are sitting in first place.

Winter Tour 2021

Division I

Only the top five teams from Division I will earn DPC points. The sixth-placed team will get to keep its spot in the league, while those finishing in the 7th/8th place will be relegated into Division II for the next Tour.

Division II

Division II has a total prize pool of $75,000 and no DPC points to offer, but those placing top two at the end of the Winter Tour will promote into Division I for the next Tour.
