Voted for by the community in The International 6 Compendium, the Juggernaut Arcana is finally available in the shop. The 7.03 patch also brings several gameplay updates, including nerfs to some of the current hot meta heroes and items.
The long wait for the Juggernaut Arcana is now over as the item can be purchased from the shop for $34.99. The Bladeform Legacy applies the following custom upgrades to Juggernaut:
- All-new animations for: Loadout, Alternate Run, Teleport, Victory
- Custom Kill effect that triggers after a lethal crit or Omnislash, or on Triple Kills and higher
- All-new effects for: crits, Bladefury (works with existing custom Bladefury effects), and Omnislash
- A Dragon Spirit ancestor to aid the Juggernaut in times of need
- Altered Voice
- Custom Hero Portrait
- Custom Dragon Spirit Emoticon
Also added in the latest patch are the Monkey King to Captain’s Mode and an UI updtae, plus a model update for Jakiro. Here are some of the most important gameplay changes that you might want to have in mind when planning your pushing strategies or your ganks :
- All towers base armor reduced by 4
- Towers now gain 2 armor per nearby enemy player within 1200 AoE
- Tier 1 Tower HP increased from 1300 to 1400
- AoE hero kill Gold and XP bounties reduced by 10% (including comeback gold and XP)
- Scan cooldown reduced from 270 seconds to 210
- Passive gold income reduced by 10%
Several items have been affected by the new patch as well, most of the changes being in fact nerfs to some of the items used by core heroes.
- Dragon Lance: Agility bonus reduced from 13 to 12
- Echo Sabre: No longer slows attack speed
- Helm of the Dominator: Reduced All Stats modifier from +4 to +2. Recipe cost increased from 725 to 800
- Hood of Defiance: Magic Resistance reduced from 30% to 25%
- Silver Edge: Backstab damage reduced from 200 to 175 (same as Shadow Blade)
A lot of heroes received adjustments to their talent tree, and some got considerable nerfs as well. The highlights are the Centaur Warrunner, Lone Druid, KotL, Ogre Magi, Dark Seer, Lifestealer and Slardar who all have been tweaked. The full patch log can be found here.
