Peruvian team Not Today has managed to climb to the top of the American playoffs in The Summit 2 without dropping a single game, netting them the final qualifier spot for the event in Los Angeles. One spot remains, as fans can vote their favorite team in.
The qualifiers for The Summit 2 have all concluded and the last one saw Not Today dominating the American playoffs. The Peruvian team was able to go through the bracket without dropping a single game and is now the fifth team to travel to Los Angeles.
CompLexity Gaming looked to be the favorite at the beginning of the playoffs, having placed 1st during the groupstage in which they also beat Not Today. But the Americans wavered and fell short to Not Today twice in the upper bracket finals and in the finals, without being able to take a single game off of them. The team around popular streamer MoonMeander will still have a shot at redemption, quite literally, as the Team Redemption Fan Vote is still open for roughly 14 hours to determine the sixth and last team.
Multiple teams have already openly campaigned to rally their fans to vote for them. If you want to keep track of who has done what, check out our campaign hub right here.
