Zenith wins E2MAX L33t Championship

Zenith did not disappoint the home crowd today, clinching the win against their South East Asian rivals, NeoES.Orange, in the grand finals of the E2MAX L33t Championship.

Qualifying for the tournament through the final qualifiers, Zenith faced Lowyat Dota 2 team, Mineski, and Joenet before reaching the grand finals. Out of the many times Zenith has faced NeoES.Orange, this was the first time they defeated the Malaysians in an official game , since their roster change late last year.

While most of the results were rather expected, The International 3 invitee Invasion-MUFC disappointed many today, after they lost their first round match against a unseeded Singaporean team Ipod2. Ipod2 eventually faced Joenet in the quarter-finals but the underdog team did not fare too well against the Indonesians.

Moving on from the quarter-finals, Joenet faced eventual winner Zenith in the semis and after the defeat, also lost to MiTH-Trust in the third and fourth place decider becoming the only one of the four finalist not finishing with a cash prize.
