The Pros on atoD

Tulex
Balazs
Kuroky
SMURF

Who is the most evil mastermind on your team?

mTw.Tulex: I think deep down, Matrim is a really evil person. He always talks about slaying people and stuff. NEXT.Balazs: I would give this award to StalCat, I'm sure that opponents will have some trouble with his picks.Zero KuroKy: The team itself.Fnatic.SMURF: I would say Tabako, because he has the most experience in picking awful heroes.

Do you have an imagination of what's about to come at you?

mTw.Tulex: I imagine there will be a lot of relaxed, fun games. NEXT.Balazs: Since this will be my first atoD, I'm really excited and looking forward the event. I've already heard lots of good things about that cup, so I'm happy that I can participate in it.Zero KuroKy: Nope, never played this format before.Fnatic.SMURF: I've never played reverse captains mode, only in DotA 1, but if its anywhere close to what it was, a whole lot of awful heroes are being executed by ownage players.

Have you ever played reverse cm before?

mTw.Tulex: I myself never did, I think syndereN may have participated in atoD before, but I'm already thinking about draft possibilities. :)

Is there anything you want to disclose on that matter?
Not really, you will see it when it comes. :)
NEXT.Balazs: No, I have never tried it before. Since it's a new mode and teams haven't practiced that much, in my opinion everyone will have almost the same chance.

What is the best way to sabotage a lineup?

mTw.Tulex: Ideally heroes which are boring to play. I think having fun is the point of this mode.

How good is syndereN in sabotaging lineups?
I think they lost last time, so he will definitely need some help, I think he's too kind to his opponents. ;)
NEXT.Balazs: I think five melee carry lineups can be pretty annoying... :)

Zero KuroKy: Giving heroes the opponent is unconformable playing or heroes which don't synergize seem like a good options.

How much knowledge do you guys have on what particular heroes your opponents dislike. Is there some sort of a database that is common knowledge among pros?
Opponents dislike losing, that's all you need to know to create a winning chance.
Fnatic.SMURF: Basically pray there isn't a godlike Meepo player on the enemy team.

Does fnatic.NA have a Meepo player?
Our secret strat is to get whiteBeard a Meepo pick. The enemy doesn't know, that when he handles that hero, its auto-victory.

What heroes should ideally be banned in this mode? The more useless, the better?
mTw.Tulex: Ideally heroes which are boring to play. I think having fun is the point of this mode.NEXT.Balazs: Since this will be my first reverse cm, I have no idea, but I think strong support heroes ban can be pretty effective.Zero KuroKy: Probably, I don't think it matters too much.Fnatic.SMURF: Not really. the most useless are just the heroes we aren't very good at. The first that comes to mind is Treant Protector; he's beyond awful.

Have you seen Fnatic.NA or CNB in action yet. Any opinion on them?
Im sorry but I didn't, hoping to see something from them in serious tours as well!

Will Na'Vi win this tournament?
No idea, but they sure are the favorites.
Did you watch your team win the first atoD? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch the tour, so I couldn't follow my team, but as I heard it was fun.

Who has the best chances of winning this tournament?
Na'Vi or Empire can make it to the top. They have the best chances.
How will Zero approach this tournament? Have you done any theorycrafting about reverse cm?: For now we are busy reconstructing our team for upcoming tournaments, so this tournament is more about enjoying ourselves.

Can this mode provide for a lot of enjoyment though. What if you get five melee carries
Then we will try to win with 5 melee carries

Who do you predict is gonna win the 10% fan favourite prize?
Anyone who delivers cool plays probably.
A strong showing in this cup could mean a lot of exposure. How motivated are you to play this?
Yeah, being invited to this tournament was awesome and we are hella excited to play with top teams from NA and Europe, but because of the tournament's style, I think we all just want to have a good time :D.

How do you think iG would do in such a tournament?
Haha, I saw a video of Ferrari playing a 1v1 Techies tournament while being fed ice cream by a pretty young lady. I believe this wouldn't be their hardest style of Dota. He won the 1v1 also. ;) <
