Visa issues continue to plague teams who look to succeed on the international stage.
The latest of those affected by these problems are VG.CyberZen and BigGods, who, due to the aforementioned visa issues, are unable to enter the United States to participate in the ESEA Season 23 Global Challenge in Burbank, California, which takes place from January 5th - 8th. After winning the ESEA open divisions for their respective regions, Rogue and VG.CyberZen were invited to participate in the event, which carries a bountiful $50,000 prize purse. As the two teams are unable to compete, their now-open slots have been filled by ESEA Premier teams Rogue and Muffin Lightning, from Europe and North America respectively.
As it stands, the teams scheduled to compete in the ESEA Season 23 Global Challenge are:
 LDLC
 Kinguin
 RogueÂ
 TSM
 Muffin LightningÂ
 Rush
 Tainted MindsÂ
 Bravado
