The Danish team has already sourced a replacement for their former in-game leader with their signing of gla1ve.
Astralis has restored their CS:GO roster to five today following the team's announcement of their signing of Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander as their new in-game leader, bringing him in from Team Heroic. The 21 year-old Dane has his fair share of experience in the professional scene, having played for teams such as Copenhagen Wolves, 3DMAX, and ESC.
I have always known that someday I would go back to being the in-game leader I once was. I am extremely motivated and I feel ready to show people what I am capable of. This last year has been amazing – as have the last couple of months. I want to thank the guys from Heroic for being so understanding and such great friends. A special thanks goes to Snappi, who I have been playing with for the last year. Good luck in the future with the Heroic project!” - Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander
Astralis now has the following lineup:
Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander
Nicolai "device" Reedtz
Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen
Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth
Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye
