Ultraliga 2nd Division Season 9 is an online tournament sponsored by Kia Motors. This is the second-level Eastern European League of Legends league. The format of this tournament will start of in 10 team with a Double-Round Robin with a Best of 1 series. Top 6 teams will advance to the playoffs.
