In the organizational match-up between Samsung Galaxy Ozone and Samsung Galaxy Blue, the unsuspected reigns ahead and Samsung Blue three wins in a row following an initial loss.
While Samsung Galaxy Ozone has been frequently heralded as the strongest team in Korea, Samsung Galaxy Blue has proven their merit this season. Taking out the quickly improving CJ Entus Frost 3-1 in the same fashion, Blue were setting a trend. In the first game, lanes went badly for blue and Ozone were able to take a convincing win.
However, As Ozone surely knew, Blue is famous for dropping the first game in the set. The tides would quickly turn as the series went on. Samsung Galaxy Blue took as demanding of a lead in game 2 as Ozone did against them in game 1. While game 3 was more even, game 4 looked like a decisive lead for Ozone.
In the final game, Imp was caught out constantly on MF, which spelled for teamfight failures on the part of Ozone despite their lead in the early game. Chain CC would allowe Blue to get ahead in teamfights and eventually push for objectives. Shockingly, Blue were able to advance going 3-1 in their set against Ozone and replicating pror sets.
