On Saturday, May 20th, the West Server Clan League or WSCL had its championship clanwar. Team sMi was matched up against gH-, a less known team but not without merit nonetheless.

As is evident from the above table, gH- took a commanding lead in the 1 vs. 1's, making short work of even sMi's best members. Since gH- had won 4 of the 5 1 vs. 1's, they were unable to lose at this point.
The real story here begins with the 2 vs. 2's. Usually a clan sees that it is impossible to win and either does not try, or simply quits alltogether. sMi showed its resilience and determination as they came back and made a point in the 2 vs. 2's that they are not to be taken lightly.

While congratulations must go to both teams, sMi. deserves a lot of respect for continuing to play out the clanwar and taking 2 more matches off of gH- to make the final score a razor-thin 4:3 victory by gH-, with the match count going 9:9 as a tie.
