Benny 'Toweliestar' Spindler Tops Weekend Cash Game Winners

Former StarCraft player Benny ‘psychobenny’ Spindler, now playing as "Toweliestar" on PokerStars, had stellar results over the weekend to bring his weekly profit to over $300k. He played a couple big winning sessions that increased his weekly profits by $183k. The action occurred between $25/$50 and $100/$200 PLO.

The young German poker player Spindler won his biggest hand, for $55,797, against Ilari ‘Ilari_FIN’ Sahamies at a $50/$100 PLO table. Spindler had Aces and flopped top set against Sahamies straight wrap draw which missed.

Other winners on the weekend were Liviu "0Human0" Ignat and Brit Rob "Vaga_Lion" Akery who profited by $89k and $60k respectively.

The biggest loser on the weekend was newer player Timur Valeev who lost $103k in about an hour in heads up play against BenyamineX and altiFC at $25/$50 PLO.

It was a relatively quiet weekend with little of the $200/$400 action that has been more commonplace of late.
