The Game Awards 2023 played host to a ton of big game reveals, from Dishonored 3 to Resident Evil 4.Â
Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards 2023 was a big one this year, delivering awards to the best titles in the industry across multiple categories - ranging from Best Esports Event to Game of the Year. However, the awards aren’t the only thing people tune into this show for year after year. The Game Awards is also known to pack in a ton of big reveals and announcements for upcoming videogames, and this year’s iteration was no different.Â
The Game Awards 2023 saw the announcement of Monster Hunter Wilds and a release date reveal for The Finals. We also got trailers for Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth and Hideo Kojima's next game. Here’s every big game reveal and announcement from The Game Awards 2023:

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons remake
It Takes Two and A Way Out director Josef Fares’ very first co-op game was Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, an adventure game where we play as two siblings setting out on a quest to cure their dying father. Players control each brother individually using two controller thumbsticks, though we might see adjustments to gameplay in this gorgeous-looking remake.

Pony Island 2: Panda Circus
The creator of Inscryption has revealed his next creepy-looking game, and it stars YouTuber Sungwon ‘ProZD’ Cho no less! This point-and-click game seems to involve a lot of experimentation and adventuring through different morbid environments, while ProZD laughs at the player’s efforts heartily.Â

Persona 3: Reload
Get hype! We got another trailer for Persona 3’s upcoming remake during the show, showing off the party and a few big combat encounters. We also got to hear some of the game’s remade music and locations, all of which look and sound right in line with Persona 5.Â

Metaphor: ReFantazio
The creative team behind Persona 3, 4 and 5 is back for a fantasy game that follows a fairly different formula: Metaphor: ReFantazio. The visuals are undoubtedly Persona-adjacent, but the story seems to follow a very different group of characters in a gritty fantasy universe.Â

Matthew McConaughey came onstage to reveal Exodus, a sci-fi game centered around time manipulation in space.Â

God of War: Ragnarok Valhalla
God of War: Ragnarok is getting a free DLC expansion called Valhalla, which sees Kratos and Mimir head into a strange new environment filled with new threats. This is a roguelike mode that sees Kratos take on enemies, die, and repeat the journey with better gear.Â

House House, the developer behind Untitled Goose Game has revealed a new multiplayer co-op game centered around exploration in an open-world environment.Â

Price of Persia: The Lost Crown
Ubisoft's new action-adventure 2D Prince of Persia game has released a new story trailer, revealing that a demo for the game is coming on January 11, 2024.Â

Sophia Lillis, Udo Kier and Hunter Schafer star in Hideo Kojima’s new horror game OD! The enigmatic teaser had these three stars deliver rather eerie monologues before an unknown threat approached Lillis, causing her to scream in terror. We don’t know much about this game, other than the fact that it uses cloud gaming technology and is a game, a movie and a new form of media all at the same time.Â

A horror-survival game where players have to fend off dinosaurs in a broken-down Jurassic Park in Isla Nubar? Say less. This first-person game has players enter the classic park from the first film in the franchise, only it looks like they won’t have Alan Grant or Ian Malcom around to help them out. You’re on your own this time!

A new gameplay trailer for Rocksteady Studios’ next game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League shows off the Squad’s combat abilities and a boss fight against the Green Lantern. Wonder Woman appears to be the Squad’s ally against her friends in the League, who have been brainwashed by Braniac - but for how long?

Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth
A musical performance for Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth revealed an original song composed by Nobuo Uematsu, the legendary composer behind the franchise’s most iconic music. A music video accompanying the trailer also gave us a better look at upcoming characters we’ll meet in Rebirth, from Vincent Valentine to the pilot Cid.Â

Arkane Lyon (Deathloop) is developing this new take on the Daywalker - a half-man, half-vampire - who takes on vampires when the sun goes down. The third-person action-adventure game is set in Paris.
