Five best heroes from each lane for Honor of Kings Season 10 Ranked Mode

Here are the best heroes to play in Honor of Kings Season 10's Ranked Mode.

Honour of Kings Season 10 of Ranked Mode is almost halfway done, and the race for being the Grandmaster is nearing its end. The heroes presented in the list could help you efficiently climb the rank leaderboard, as they are the best in the lane. While playing your main could be more comfortable to some players, playing the meta heroes will almost certainly generate a better result.

For this list, we consider how likely certain heroes are to get banned by your team or the enemy. Like Season 9, there will be no Loong, Augran, Arke, and Lam, as they are the four heroes with the highest ban rate, according to HOK Camp. Here are the best heroes to play from each position in Honor of Kings Season 10.

1. Jungle: Dian Wei, Sima Yi

Sima Yi has become one of the most dangerous jungler in Season 10 (Image: TiMi Studios).

Like Season 9, Dian Wei is still one of the strongest Jungle heroes in the game. He has a high jungle camp clear speed and can endanger every lane when he ganks. Dian Wei could easily take over the entire game when left unchecked. He has high survivability, high damage, and high chase potential with his skills. However, Dian Wei is really dependent on the user, as positioning is very important for the hero.

The other hero in the meta right now is Sima Yi. The hero got a buff two seasons ago, but was only recognised as one of the most dangerous heroes in the game during Season 10. He's a natural counter to Magic Damage dealers and could survive an encounter against high health heroes or high Physical Damage heroes if he got the lifesteal necessary. However, he relies heavily on being in the lead and benefited greatly from a snowball composition.

2. Midlane: Milady, Yixing

One of the most recent buffs that has already borne fruit in the meta is Milady's. Her pick rate skyrocketed, with her becoming one of the best heroes in the midlane in Season 10. She can deal damage consistently, and her robots are easier to control after the buffs. She is one of the best tower pushers in the game due to her robots and ultimate, which can target buildings. However, she is really vulnerable to assassins without proper positioning.

Another hero that is still strong in Season 10 is Yixing. Albeit got a nerf to his ultimate, Yixing's versatility and late-game potential are still one of the best in the game. He can clear the minion waves quickly using his basic abilities, and control the team fight with his ultimate. Yixing can also survive a gank when his passive was up, making him a safe pick in the midlane. The only thing that can hinder him is the player, as spacing is crucial in playing him right.

3. Clash Lane: Dun, Li Xin

Li Xin is still one of the strongest Clash Lane heroes in the game (Image: TiMi Studios).

The meta in Clash Lane has not been shifting too much after the Honor of Kings Season 10 Ranked patch. Dun is still the king of Clash Lane with his insane survivability, high damage, and potent crowd control. Almost his entire kit was left untouched, besides the nerf to his jungle clear speed. In fact, he got a buff to his fighter build, if he decides to invest in some Physical Damage, due to a stat change for his second skill.

Meanwhile, Li Xin wasn't touched at all by the last three patches. The fact that he didn't get touched at all meant he was still strong in Clash Lane thanks to his versatility. His Domination Form can deal high burst damage, while his Revenge Form makes him a fearsome melee fighter and lane pusher. However, he is still as complex as he was in Season 9, so the only thing that might hinder him was the player's knowledge of Li Xin.

4. Farm Lane: Hou Yi, Luara

Hou Yi surge of popularity came from the rise of high mobility heroes (Image: TiMi Studios).

Hou Yi got a surge of popularity at the start of Season 10, thanks to his attack speed and damage that can melt heroes with high mobility quickly. Even though he got a nerf during the most recent patch, he is one of the best picks to deal with pesky assassins, and could easily deal with them before they come close to Hou Yi. However, if his ultimate was on cooldown, Hou Yi could become one of the most fragile heroes in the game to assassins.

Luara got a massive buff to her kit in the Season 10 patch. She got a surge on base HP and base Attack Speed, making her innately quick to attack. Her slight nerf in attack damage doesn't matter, as she can dish out even faster attacks now. Just like other farm lanes, however, she is susceptible to assassins or gank, so play her with care early on and let her take over the late game.

5. Roaming: Sakeer, Yaria

Yaria is crucial in four-protect-one composition (Image: TiMi Studios).

Sakeer's place in the meta isn't going to change anytime soon, due to how versatile he is and the amount of heals he can dish out. He can also deal crucial crowd control to unsuspecting heroes and can't easily be grabbed. His ultimate is deceptively strong, as he can simultaneously heal allies and deal damage to enemies, as long as the heroes are inside the range. The only thing that can counter him is an anti-heal item, and crowd control to put him out of position.

If Sakeer is the versatile support, Yaria is the one who was crucial for a snowball or a four-protect-one composition. She can inhibit one of her teammates, and give them a shield and protection from assassins. She can also save herself from crowd control and continue her duty to inhibit a carry using her passive.

Those are the heroes that have the potential to take over the game, whether they are played solo or with a five-man stack. While a rank up is not guaranteed, these heroes can help players take over the game, and learn how the meta works in Season 10.
