Esports Shanghai Masters 2023 is an offline Chinese tournament organized by Shanghai Sports Bureau, CCTV Shanghai, and Jing'an District. This tournament has 4 invited teams that will be playing in a Single Elimination format. This Tier 2 tournament will be held offline as well and will have a Bo3 series.
